Die jüdisch-orientalische Sängerin Cherry Bandora spielt klassische meditarrane Tavernenlieder aus den 50ern bis 70ern. Die mal fröhlichen, mal melancholischen Melodien werden von schweren Bouzouki Klängen, griechischer Blues Gitarre und psychedelisch-organischen Klängen begleitet. Traditionelle Melodien wie der Laiko aus Griechenland, Anadolu Rock aus der Türkei und der Mizrahit aus Israel werden temporeich verstärkt. Ein tanzbarer Trip durch den Mittelmeerraum zwischen den Häfen von Piräus, Istanbul und Jaffa.
